Security of Your Personal Information

EzUpData is committed to protecting the security of your information, including personal information and the data you upload. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. For example, we store the personal information you provide on computer systems with limited access, which are located in controlled facilities. When we transmit highly confidential information (such as a credit card number or password) over the Internet, we protect it through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.

When a password is used to help protect your accounts and personal information, it is your responsibility to keep your password confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. If you are sharing a computer with anyone you should always log out before leaving a site or service to protect access to your information from subsequent users.

EzUpData takes care to reinforce the importance of our website visitors' security and privacy among our employees. Our employees are trained and required to protect your information and, using physical, electronic and procedural safeguards, we restrict access to personal information to those employees and agents for business purposes only.

Uploaded Files and Related Information

The folders you create, the files you upload, and their related information are never shared or distributed to third parties, and access is severely restricted.

EzUpData provides administrative features so you as the account owner or the account administrators you designate can manage your account and what your users see without the need to involve EzUpData personnel.

Only a limited number of authorized EzUpData personnel have access to your uploaded files. EzUpData staff does not review these files unless express consent is provided in the course of supporting your account or in order to comply with legal requirements.

EzUpData has further established a two tier level of privacy. EzUpData technical support and customer service personnel can confirm the existence of files in an account but cannot view or download their contents. Only upon explicit upper management approval may EzUpData personnel examine the contents of your files.

Sharing and Usage with Third Parties

We will never share, sell, trade, or rent your personal information with third parties for their promotional use. Occasionally, we enter into contracts with third parties so that they can assist us in servicing you. For example, EzUpData uses third-party financial institutions to process credit card transactions and for sending direct mail. We may also need to provide information to comply with accounting or financial audits. Our third-party contracts prohibit our vendors from using your personal information for their own purposes, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of the information we provide.

We may disclose or report personal information and files in limited circumstances where we believe in good faith that disclosure is required under the law. For example, we may be required to disclose this information to cooperate with regulators or law enforcement authorities, to comply with a legal process such as court order, subpoena, search warrant, or law enforcement request.
